Mike Naab
In 1993, Mike began his aviation career at Aircraft Engineering, Inc in Bartow, Florida where he gained valuable experience on a wide variety of aircraft. During his 20 years at Aircraft Engineering he qualified for his Airframe and Powerplant certificate and later his Inspector’s Authorization. Recognizing the value of understanding both the mechanical and operational aspects of an airplane, he also obtained his pilot‘s license with single and multi-engine ratings. Mike’s passion for all types of piston and turbine aircraft motivated him to move to Lakeland Linder Airport and open Double M Aviation. With experience in single and twin engine, piston and turbine aircraft, Mike strives to provide quality aircraft maintenance with individualized customer support.

Audrey Baxcajay
Audrey began her aviation career working line service at a local FBO and later as a maintenance technician after earning her Airframe and Powerplant certification in 2008. She then moved to managing the office at a general aviation repair station and later into business aviation with a private jet management company where she oversaw all the maintenance tracking and record keeping. In 2014 she also earned her Inspector’s Authorization. Audrey’s varied aviation experience has provided her with a full understanding of the unique facets of both general and business aviation. As the primary point of contact at Double M Aviation, Audrey is committed to providing our customers with individualized and quality customer service.

Mike Bowen
Micheal began his aviation career when he join the US Marine Corps in 1999. He worked as a powerline technician on Harriers until his honorable discharge in 2004. After his military service he earned his Airframe and Powerplane Certificate while working for a company that provided maintenance for well-known blimps. He then moved to a general aviation repair station providing maintenance on a wide variety of single and multi-engine aircraft. In 2014 he also earned his Private Pilot’s License with Single Engine rating. Micheal’s experience on such a wide range of aircraft gives him a full understanding of both powerplant and airframe operating systems and makes him a valuable asset to the maintenance team at Double M Aviation.
