Making a Reservation for our services

To improve scheduling and provide you with the very best service possible, we have adopted a Reservation Program. The purpose of this program is to help ensure the work needed on your aircraft is planned in advance and completed in a timely manner.

How It Works

Requesting a Reservation

Scheduling the Work
We’ll follow up with you to schedule the start date.

Securing Your Reservation
Once we receive your reservation fee, we’ll secure your spot, and the fee will be applied to your final invoice.

Completing the Work
Deliver your aircraft to Double M Aviation, and we’ll complete the work. It’s that easy! Complete guidelines on our Reservation Program, including information about reservation changes, cancellations and other details, can be found below. We look forward to working with you!

Policies & Procedures

To better serve our customers and get everyone back in the air as quickly as possible, Double M Aviation asks our customers to pay a Reservation Fee. The Fee will then be used as a deposit toward the final invoice for maintenance services rendered on the aircraft.

Simply complete our reservation form, and we will contact you to schedule your Start Date. Next, our office will send you a Reservation Fee Invoice. This invoice will outline the Start Date and the fee to be paid. It will also provide a link for the fee to be paid via ACH. You may also pay the fee by mailing a check, but the slot will not be reserved until funds have been received. Once funds have been received, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your maintenance slot is confirmed.

We make every effort to respect and accommodate our customer’s schedule and understand that there are many variables that affect flyability on a day-to-day basis. Should you find yourself unable to deliver your aircraft on or before the Start Date, simply reach out to our office staff to begin a conversation on how we can accommodate the changes required. As long as we can find another date that works for both of our schedules, we will change your Start Date and the Reservation Fee will be automatically applied to that date. If we cannot accommodate your change request, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your scheduled service altogether.

Life happens and we understand sometimes plans change. If you must cancel your maintenance reservation, it should be in writing, via email to Once we receive your cancellation, we will respond to confirm the cancellation. Refund of the Reservation Fee will be made via Company Check to the address we have on file and in accordance with the

Cancellation Policy below:

  • 15 business days prior to Start Date: Reservation Fee is fully refundable.
  • 10 – 14 days prior to Start Date: Reservation is 50% refundable.
  • Less than 10 days prior to Start Date: Reservation is non-refundable.
