Double M Aviation has been a leader in aircraft maintenance, aircraft repair, and aircraft inspection since 2015. We strive to make aviation practical and accessible. Our highest priority is to make air travel safe. This dedication is a core part of our culture. To maintain that standard, our company has only the most qualified aircraft maintenance technicians. Our aircraft maintenance technicians have more than 50 years of combined aviation experience. All our aircraft maintenance technicians have Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) certifications, or are currently working towards obtaining their certification. Additionally, Double M Aviation employs two A&P’s who hold a Inspection Authorization (IA) and four A&P’s who also hold a private pilot’s license.

Double M Aviation provides the highest service and standards for aviation enthusiasts, including maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. We feel confident in our service and want you to feel the same way.

Double M Aviation’s home base, Lakeland Linder International Airport, is a one-stop-shop for aircraft owners and pilots. With on field resources for avionics installation and repairs, paint and refinishing services, a full-service fixed-base operator (FBO), and interior installation and refurbishment, an aircraft owner can find solutions for all their aircraft repair and upgrade needs.

I have known and worked with Mike Naab, founder of Double M Aviation for several years on various types of planes, from piston-singles to turbine twins. He is essentially a protégé of the legendary Bill Turley of Aircraft Engineering – extremely competent, honest, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Double M and their staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing A&P work, from piston-single to twin-turbines in the Central Florida area.
